At Summit, we are committed to providing the best possible customer service. To ensure smooth and efficient deliveries, we work with a range of reputable couriers.

Dispatch & Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 3-5 working days. However, some items are made to order and may take longer. If you have concerns regarding delays, please contact customer service. Once dispatched, tracking updates may take additional time to reflect real-time status.

Important Notes:

Palletised Deliveries: These are kerbside only—customers must arrange movement beyond the curb.

Shipping Policy: Our 3-5 day shipping timeframe accounts for unforeseen circumstances and should not be relied on as a standard delay.

Free/Discounted Shipping & Limited-Time Offers

Free/discounted shipping codes do not apply to third-party products,

Summit reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders where codes have been misapplied.

Generated Shipping Prices

Shipping prices displayed on our website apply to UK mainland only. They exclude areas such as Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Jersey, Guernsey, and the Scottish Highlands.

If you place an order from one of these regions, our sales team may contact you for additional shipping charges. If you choose not to pay the additional fee, your order will be cancelled and fully refunded.

UK Pallet Consignments

Larger orders are shipped on pallets via a shipping network (kerbside delivery only). Upon dispatch, you will receive an email with delivery details.

Key Points:

The courier will contact you to schedule delivery.

Orders are delivered on curtain-sided vehicles with a tail lift when possible.

For excessively large/heavy pallets, manual unloading by the customer is required.

Customers must be available during the 9 AM - 5 PM delivery window.

Missed deliveries may result in additional charges.

Parcels

Most parcel orders are shipped via Parcel Force. A shipping notification will be sent with a delivery date and a 2-hour time slot.

Key Points:

Once dispatched, the delivery address cannot be changed.

If you request the courier to leave your parcel in a safe location, Summit Health and Performance is not liable for losses.

If delivery is missed three times, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse, and redelivery costs will be charged to the customer.

Separate Parcels

Orders may be split into multiple parcels due to size and weight. If you receive part of your order, please allow up to 24 hours for the remaining parcels to arrive.

Tracking details will indicate the number of consignments (e.g., 1/3, 2/3).

Parcel Force Pick-Up Points

Customers can request delivery to a local Parcel Force pick-up point (e.g., post office or depot). Parcels must be collected within:

16 days (Post Office)

21 days (Depot)

Oversized items (e.g., barbells) cannot be delivered to pick-up points and will be returned to our warehouse, incurring additional redelivery fees.

Missing Parcels

If you have not received your order within a reasonable timeframe, contact us immediately.

Parcel Force will conduct a 3-5 day investigation.

If unresolved, we will file a claim and arrange a replacement order.

Replacements will only be dispatched once the courier completes its investigation.

Missed Deliveries

If an order is cancelled after dispatch or missed multiple times, redelivery costs will be deducted from your refund.

International Orders & Third-Party Couriers

Following the UK’s departure from the EU, international customers must provide an EORI number before dispatch.

Key Points:

Customers are responsible for import VAT, customs duties, and any storage fees.

Orders shipped via third-party couriers are the customer’s responsibility once they leave Summit.

Shipping Notifications

You may receive an early shipping notification before dispatch—this means your order is being prepared for shipment.

Tracking updates are available once the parcel is scanned by the courier.

Orders are dispatched Monday - Friday only.

Orders with Pre-Order Items

If your order contains a pre-order item, your entire order will be shipped once all items are in stock.

To receive in-stock items sooner, place separate orders for pre-order and available items.

Claims for missing/damaged items must be made within 14 days of dispatch. Disputes outside this timeframe cannot be processed as they fall outside courier claim periods.
